the phone customer service was nice, they were kind and tryed to help me. its good that the hotel wasn’t far from the ferry if ur takin it. great that they seem to care about the guests and want them to have a good time. i can’t really say much about my stay since i never actually checked in but the customer service was the one bright spot for me.
i was left stranded for 6 hours after my boat docked in scarborough. i was never checked in to my room even tho i had a reservation.
